Ronald Isley is an American songwriter, recording artist, actor and record producer. He is best known for his role as the lead singer and founding member of the Isley Brothers, consisting of him and his six brothers.

He dedicated his performance of the Isley Brothers' single "At Your Best (You Are Love)" in October 2001 to Aaliyah, as the performance took place two months after her death.
